Administrative License Revocation

ATTENTION: You have only 15 days from the date of your arrest for DWI/DUI to request your ALR Hearing and stop the Suspension of you Driver’s License.

This hearing is your only opportunity to save your driver’s license from an automatic suspension.

NOTE: Even if the Driving While Intoxicated charge is dismissed, it is still possible that your driver’s license will be administratively suspended.

The detection of a blood alcohol concentration (BAC) of over .08 percent will result in a 90 day suspension of your Texas driver’s license; or the refusal of a breath or blood test will result in the loss of your driver’s license for 180 days. In addition, a person under the age of 21 who has any detectable amount of alcohol in his or her system IS subject to a 60 driver’s license suspension.

I represent every client at the ALR hearing. The ALR hearings provides me with an invaluable opportunity to gather key information from the arresting officer.
